The Greenwood BOKS Coaches would like to share information from BOKS about games and activities to do at home to keep your kids moving. “Burst” activities are meant to increase your heart rate and give you a quick boost of energy with minimal materials and space required.

…all WPS schools will be closed for two weeks, through Friday, March 27, 2020. This includes all classes, meetings, events, and activities. Students throughout the district will be provided with Learn Anywhere activities and assignments from their teachers during this time.

AuthorFest 2020 is Coming: Don't Miss out! Order Books by March 27th
The sixteenth annual AuthorFest will to roll into Greenwood School the week of Mat 18th, bringing nationally recognized authors and illustrators to share their knowledge of composition, story development, editing, illustration, and publication with our Greenwood students. We are excited to provide an opportunity to purchase signed books from our authors. Completed order forms must be returned to the Greenwood PTO by Friday, March 27th.

LADD Presents David Harrell Performances--Tuesday 1/28
On Tuesday, January 28, Learning about Differences & Disabilities (LADD) will present David Harrell, disabilities advocate and actor, performing his warm, smart, and engaging autobiographical solo shows. This program is funded in part through WEF, the Wakefield Cutural Council, and the PTOs of all the elementary schools in Wakefield.
