Dear Greenwood Families,

Happy Monday! It was great fun to see all the projects and scientific knowledge being shared at the Greenwood Science Fair on Saturday morning! We are all very proud of the students who created a project this year and thrilled that so many of their friends came to see what they had done. I can’t wait to see how many participants we have next year!

Greenwood School Council Meeting Summary

The Greenwood School Council met last Wednesday for our third meeting of the school year. After a review of Greenwood budget requests for FY21, we spent the bulk of our time crafting and revising a Family School Culture & Climate Survey to be implemented during the month of March. The survey link will be sent out via email, and in order to increase accessibility, we will have laptops available for taking the survey at the March PTO meeting and during the afternoon and evening conference blocks on March 25th. Our next School Council meeting will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 7:45am. All School Council meetings are open to members of the Greenwood community and are advertised on the monthly school calendar. Please feel free to reach out to any Council member (Tiffany Back, Jeanine Campbell, Heather McCarthy, Liz Parsons) with questions or ideas.

2020 MCAS Dates - Grades 3 & 4

We shared MCAS dates in December, but they are definitely worth sharing again now that we’ve actually rolled into 2020. While some absences are unavoidable, we do ask that everyone be mindful of the testing dates when making appointments, as there is limited time for makeup testing. Thank you for your attention to this!
