I hope you enjoyed time with your children during April vacation. Hopefully spring will show itself soon! Students will enjoy a visit to the Visual and Performing Arts Performance on Tuesday, April, 24, 2018 at the Galvin Middle School. Buses will leave Greenwood at approximately 9:30 AM and return by 11:15 AM.

A reminder to grade 3 & 4 parents that ELA MCAS testing will be administered next Tuesday May 1, 2018 & Wednesday May 2, 2018. Please make every effort not to schedule appointments from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on these days. We have intentionally scheduled our testing dates to be as late as possible so that teachers and students would have time to complete much of the ELA curriculum before testing. It will be helpful to encourage children to get a good night sleep and to eat a good breakfast on testing days as well. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. The Scholastic Book Fair will be open during this school week for parents and students. Due to school committee policy we are no longer able to run the book fair during instructional time at school, but encourage families to visit the fair before and after school (click here for the schedule). This is a great time to stock up on summer reading!
