Dear Greenwood Families,

This is going to be a busy week! Not only is it the week before February break, but we also have the 100th Day of School on Tuesday, February 12th AND Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14th. We also have some classroom mindfulness sessions that had to be rescheduled from last week. Lots of fun classroom events will be happening for sure! Since this is the last newsletter you’ll receive from me before we go on break, I want to wish all of you a wonderful week off. We’ll expect to see lots of well-rested faces back here on February 25th!

Early Release Day

Just a reminder that Wednesday, 2/13 is an early release day for students. Lunch will be served at school before we dismiss at 11:55am.

All-School Meeting Date Change

For any of our 1st grade families who are planning to attend the upcoming All-School Meeting being hosted by their kids, the date has been changed to Tuesday, March 5th. We will still start at 9:00am. Mark those calendars!

April Early Release Date Change

We’re just all about changing calendars this week! You received a district email about the need to change our April professional development day from Wednesday, April 24th to Tuesday, April 23rd in order to better accommodate voting at Galvin Middle School. Wakefield Academy will offer after-school support that day, as they do on other half days.
