PTO Sponsors Museum of Science Programming
It was a hair-raising experience (literally) when the Museum of Science came to the Greenwood School for a special interactive presentation with our fourth grade students. Funded by the PTO, Museum staff conducted experiments with electricity and magnetism. Students got a close-up view of the Tesla coil and a Van de Graaf generator, and learned about electrostatic electricity, conductors and insulators, and potential and kinetic energy.
