Mr. Swift's Class Soars in Coin Drive Challenge

The fourth annual Make Change for Literacy coin drive, supporting Room to Read, was an INCREDIBLE success. The children (and families) of Greenwood School raised more than $750! This money goes straight to improving literacy and gender equality in education in the developing world.

The $300 school goal was crushed, and many classrooms achieved their $30 goal. We applaud Mr. Swift’s second grade class who had the largest total contribution of $190.13. The PTO has been able to confirm that because all classrooms contributed to exceeding the school goal, all will receive $25 in Scholastic Dollars for the spring book fair.

Thank you again for your participation. You should be very proud of all the students.
