From Ms. Back’s 9/15 email:

Starting on September 21st, we will bring small groups of students into Greenwood for hybrid orientation.  In keeping with our phased-in approach, we will be welcoming one grade level per day to meet in person, review the various safety procedures and routines put in place, and continue to build and develop relationships which will serve as the foundation for the upcoming school year.  Each grade has been assigned a designated day to come to school, with AM students arriving in the morning and PM students arriving in the afternoon. Schedule is as follows:

• Monday, September 21st — 4th Grade

• Tuesday, September 22nd — 3rd Grade

• Wednesday, September 23rd — All Students Remote

• Thursday, September 24th — 2nd Grade

• Friday, September 25th — 1st Grade

• Monday, September 28th — Kindergarten

When a grade is present for in-person learning, the other grades will continue with remote learning.  For example, on Monday, September 21st, the 4th grade students will attend in person.  All other grades will participate in remote learning for the day. Because we are operating under the Phase 2 schedule, the AM cohort will arrive at 8:00am and be dismissed at 10:50am, while the PM cohort will arrive at 12:00pm and be dismissed at 2:50pm.  Start times and dismissal times for each group during Phase 2 are included below.
