Compost your pumpkins! The Environmental Sustainability Committee of Wakefield is working with the Wakefield schools, PTOs and School Recycling Clubs to compost as many pumpkins as we can! 

On Monday, November 2nd, drop your pumpkins off on the tarp on the basketball court. Black Earth Compost will pick them up and turn them into nutrient-rich compost.

No glitter, No plastics/googly eyes, no candle or wax. Water-based paint is okay.
